Loren Rents Out Controversial New York Flat for $3,300 A Month

Insta 3MANILA, Philippines – Sen. Loren Legarda’s once controversial apartment in Manhattan, New York is up for rent at US $3,300 a month, reports said.

The 708-square foot (65.77 sq. m.) condo unit at posh 77 Park Avenue is one of the 107 units in the condominium also known as The Griffon, a pre-war building close to the Grand Central Station originally designed as a hotel but was converted to an apartment building in 1973.

“Great men once went in a unit here where they had a chance to discreetly experience pleasure,” historical account said of the building. (Click here to read more)

  2. I’m not shock when i heard that Sen. Loren owns a condo unit in NY. She worked as a reporter before in a top 1 tv station, of course she was paid well.
