MANILA, Philippines – The management of Millenia Suites has contradicted the date mentioned in Roxanne Acosta Cabanero’s affidavit when the Ms. Bikini Philippines candidates supposedly stayed at the hotel, as claimed recently by Vhong Navarro’s alleged rape victim.
Millenia Suites is the second hotel where Cabanero said she stayed during the pageant after erroneously mentioning Astoria Plaza in her sworn statement.
Cabanero claimed earlier Navarro picked her up from Astoria Plaza, took her for a ride then raped her inside the actor’s car before dropping her off again in the hotel where she supposedly stayed.
Astoria Plaza has since denied accommodating Cabanero or any pageant contestants on April 24, 2010.Although Cabanero’s statement said she met Navarro on April 24, 2010 after guesting with fellow candidates at ‘It’s Showtime’ program, her lawyer clarified, however, the alleged sexual assault did not happen on the same date.
