Photos of some of the 239 passengers and of crew members on board missing the Flight MH370 were posted on Twitter by The Straits Times as investigation on the plane’s disappearance shifted its concentration on the background of the people aboard.
Among those whose faces were published by the newspaper are 39 passengers and 11 crew including the two pilots.
As the probe refocused its attention, investigators are believed to be looking for anyone on board with training in flying an aircraft besides the pilots, among other things.
They have also sought the cooperation of countries of origin of the 227 passengers.
“There are still a few countries who have yet to respond to our request for a background check,” an official of the Royal Malaysian Police Force said. “But there are a few… foreign intelligence agencies who have cleared all the passengers.” (Click here to read more)
