MANILA, Philippines – Interior Secretary Mar Roxas reportedly berated employees at posh Wack Wack Golf and Country club after getting upset when asked to pay the green fee of a guest he invited for a golf lesson with pro Rey Pagunsan.
The incident supposedly happened last April 6 and was first reported by journalist Arnold Clavio in his column at Abante.
According to Clavio’s article, Roxas, who was a long-time member of the club got upset when a staff asked him for a P5,100 green fee for the guest the cabinet secretary invited for a pro golf lesson.
A report was reportedly submitted to the club management detailing the incident that happened around noon Saturday, inside the clubs registration office.
When a staff demanded the required green fee, Roxas allegedly started shouting at the employees, and berating them with cuss words. (Click here to read more)
