In his Senate Bill 1689 otherwise known as Salary Standardization Law 4, Trillanes seeks an “omnibus compensation and position classification system for civil servants, and military and uniformed personnel” which proposes a salary increase for the president from the present P120,000 to P1million a month, among many other civil servants.“The president cannot receive just a measly P100,000 salary.
