The United States, French and Russian jetfighters took turns in bombing Islamic State strongholds in Syria; sending the ‘coward’ terrorist group to run for their lives in fear; this was according to an anonymous source who has spoken to the British publication Mirror.
The source, who asked not to be named, is currently living in Raqqa, the self-proclaimed capital of the Caliphate. He said many ISIS fighters are now cowering in fear after the three nations stepped up their bombing raids over the past few days in territories the jihadist group once ruled with savagery and barbarity.
“Many of the fighters, and also the religious police, are starting to get nervous,” the source told the Mirror. “They think your drones can tell who Daesh (ISIS) is, by who is carrying the guns.”
He said some of the ISIS militants has refused to carry guns in daylight and wear their usual black military outfits for fear of being targeted by drone raids.
According to a US official, Russian fighters are now using the Tu-22M Backfire and the Tu-160 Blackjack supersonic bombers launched from undisclosed bases in Kazakhstan and Iran during the day. (Click here to read more)
