LONDON – A rich Saudi businessman has been acquitted of rape charges after telling the court he may have accidentally tripped and fell on top of a teenage girl; causing his manhood to penetrate the victim.
Property developer Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46, was accused of forcing himself on an 18-year-old girl who was sleeping on the sofa at his flat in Nightingale Lodge, Admiral Walk, Maida Vale.
Abdulaziz already admitted before the court he had sex with the victim’s 24-year-old friend in the bedroom of the same house following a night of drinking at the exclusive Cirque le Soir nightclub in the West End, London.
He claimed he went out of the room to check on the girl whether she wanted clothes for sleeping or would want a taxi to go home. However, he further recalled, the girl pulled him on top of her and placed his hand between her legs.
He told the court his manhood may have been poking out of his underwear when he fell and accidentally penetrated the girl. (Click here to read more)
