MANILA, Philippines – Just recently, America’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has declassified more than 12 M documents, publishing them online and making these records searchable and accessible to the public.

One of these documents included an information on the Philippine government, specifically about the 1989 coup d’état led by former military colonel-turned senator Gregorio ‘Gringo’ Honasan against the administration of then President Corazon ‘Cory’ Aquino.
